PUSHKAR SINGH DHAM I is chosen as 10th chief minister of Uttarakhand after Tirath singh rawat resigned from his post. Nearly a constitutional crisis has come, The way CMs are changing and has led to instability in Uttarakhand. WHO IS PUSHKAR SINGH DHAMI? Dhami is an Indian politician and member of Uttarakhand legislative assembly from khatima constituency from udham singh nagar district. ACHIEVEMENTS OF PUSHKAR DHAMI  :  Dhami has served as President of bjp youth wing BYJM and is quite popular among youths. He also worked in AKHIL BHARATIYA VIDYARTHI PARISHAD Today, early morning BJP held a meeting and decided to replace Tirath singh rawat with Pushkar singh dhami and led to stability in Uttarakhand. Though election has almost approached the uttarakhand and expected to be in first half of 2022.

#General rule to keep in mind : 

1. Test will be in written form . Which comprise of GS(objective type) .
Medium will be Hindi and English . 
Medium of writing essay will be in Hindi, English and Urdu .
 Total duration of exam will be 3 hours .

2. If I talk about negative marking
 the negative marking for wrong answer , it  would be one third (1/3rd) .

 3. Entrance will divided into two papers .
paper 1 and Paper 2 .
 paper 1 will be having objective questions on OMR sheets which will carry 60 question . 
total marks for paper 1 =60

Paper 2
Essay writing
Writing of essays will carry 60 marks.
Candidate have to write two essays of 30 marks each (30x2 =60)

A person have to choose any essay from each section (section A and section B) another from another section that is Section b .

Time allotted for paper 1 and Paper 2 would be of 3 hours but  for objective type questions time allotted is 1 hour .

Time allotted for writing essay is 2 hours .

Candidates are allowed to take question papers with them .

4. Essay copies of only 1500 students will be evaluated based on the MCQs they have qualified.

5. Total marks for interview is 30


 6. Previous year questions will be available on Jamia Millia Islamia website

 7. In case of tie , higher marks in essay will be entertained and again if got tied marks in interview will be selected and again got Tie who is younger ( age wise ) would get the seat of RCA .

8. Any candidate who has already availed the facility of RCA before  and didn't clear UPSC would not be eligible to apply again .

 9. Those who has already completed the graduation and have result available would be eligible to apply .

10. Ten percent (10% ) seats will be reserved for students are below 24 years .


 11. Reservation for physically challenged will be given as per Jamia Millia Islamia rule .

12. RCA will include :
@Classes on general studies,  CSAT and  selected optional studies .
@test series
@essay writing

 13. Mock interviews will be practiced but  only for those who  have qualified mains .

 14. Total number of seats is 208 .
 RCA has right to reduce or increase the number of seats as per availability of candidates.


 15. Hostels will be provided according to merit determined by entrance test .
Hostel rooms are free but mess charges would be collected .
Monthly food charge will be 3000 per month.

16. Application form may be filled online on wwwjmicoe.in with examination fee of rupees 650 + basic charge
Additional 200 rupees will be charged for bulletin newspapers and magazines .

why in news ? Akhil gogoi, Indian peasant leader and RTI activist from Assam is out of jail now. National investigation agency (NIA) clears all the allegations on gogoi this noon on july 1. Story till now : Son of Baluram gogoi, Akhil gogoi  of  Raijor Dal, Gana Mukti Sangram Asom party finally got discharged by NIA after 2 years. He was accused in the case of Citizenship amendment act(CAA) passed by rajya sabha on december 11, 2019.  This was one of his second cases in which he got arrested on december 12 and charged with unlawful activities (prevention) act(UAPA). According to this act, His intention was to threaten the unity, security and sovereignty of India and allegedly inciting violence in the name of Anti CAA protest. Few days ago, Gogoi was granted 2-day parole by NIA court to meet his son and mother.

Gujarat launched second round of vaccination

 Gujarat launched second round of vaccination on sunday (31 jan,2020). This round of vaccination only included frontline workers like: police, district and municipal officials, employees of revenue and civic administration. According to state government, around 54,825 frontline workers were inoculated at 722 vaccination centres across the state. In total 3,00,755(3 lakh, 7 thousand and 55 people) have received the vaccine shots since the vaccination drive has started in January. After taking the shot of vaccine, a Police commissioner said : "I am feeling absolutely fine after getting vaccinated...policemen are highly exposed , so they needed to be vaccinated. This vaccine will protect them from the spreading infection. He also appealed to all the frontline workers to come forward and get vaccinated.

Detention camps DETENTION CENTRES / CAMPS  is a Jail/prism or a facility in which inmates are forcibly confined and denied the variety to freedoms under the authority of states as a form of punishment after being convicted of crimes (definition according to Wikipedia).
