~ what's CAB ?

 that's something related to constitution , secularism of country and citizenship Bill passed by both sabhas (Loksabha and Rajyasabha) which is CAB and another one is NRC don't  merge them but don't segregate them either .

  "They are interconnected"!!!!! 

First of all ...what is CAB?

~ full form of CAB is  citizenship Amendment Bill which has become an act Now Introduced by Amit Shah (home minister) got converted in CAA (citizenship Amendment Act) instead of CAB after the sign of president (Ramnath kovind) passed by Parliament of India on 11th of December 2019  amended the citizenship act of 1955 .

 Now what's the matter with CAB ?

~it  provided path to Indian citizenship to Hindu  , Sikh ,  Buddhist ,  Jain ,  Parsi and Christian to the neighbouring Muslim majority countries of India . 

Only to Pakistan , Afghanistan and Bangladesh ..

As you can see ...this act is totally biased and based on religion and violets fundamental right 14(equality before law) 21(protection of life and personal liberty)  and 25(freedom of conscience , and free profession , practice and propagation of religion) .

 Why act boycotted Indian Muslims  ? 

why government is not in the favour of providing citizenship to Indian Muslims ?

#according to United Nations Human Rights(UNHR) amendment has been subjected to widespread criticism on the grounds that it discriminates  on the basis of religion , which  means this amendment is fundamentally discriminatory . 

 NOW along with CAB ,   home minister introduced  NRC ; 

  WHICH SAYS=>  If you want citizenship of India  you must have document as a proof !!!   

 Question : which proof ?  birth certificate of individual  ?       

Answer~no 

Question: documents of your father's birth in India ? Answer~no

" you must have document of your ancestors before 1971 otherwise those illegals would be out of India "

Thing which is not good in showing the documents is ....

1. people who are poor do not have documents of their ancestors even they do not have houses to live...how can government expect documents from them? 

2.obviously no one carries documents with them...people are suffering very badly that they are facing problems in their names , wrong spellings of their name have been found !!!

Only non muslims and thiest have profit with it ...

😂😂...apart from logics... government has introduced this 

_ but wait with the help of CAB Hindus , jains , Buddhist , Christians , parsis , and Sikhs would be safe  and  will get Indian citizenship !!! 

 but ...what about the leftovers ? 

 obviously Muslims 

 `what would happen with them` ?

Where will  they go ???? 

answer =  tension not !!! Government has a wonderful plan to give them stay  which is detention centres that's how CAB and NRC is little bit interconnected...

~ in Supreme Court askes the petitioners to approach High Court ,  refuses to setup committee..

 But people are not going to stop here.

 At last I want to share my opinion that..

 this bill which became an act  now was totally biased and illogical 

~according to Government this act is optimistic because they are going to grant citizenship to others ...but before this they should think once about the condition of the own country !!!!! 

example  : 1.price of onion is Zenith 2.economies as low as this plan of CAA

3.poverty is at its peak

4. people are homeless can't even earn bread and butter 

5.  unemployment is increasing

6. quality of education system is getting worst day by day 

7.women aren't safe ...even leader of BJP itself declared victim !!!!! .

but what government  did ??? : 

1.statues

2. article 370 

3.Ram Mandir 

4.demonitisation 

5.busy in changing name of states

6. highest internet shutdowns

 but still I am searching where is Vikas...

whole India is burning ....

but sab changa si !!!!
