PUSHKAR SINGH DHAM I is chosen as 10th chief minister of Uttarakhand after Tirath singh rawat resigned from his post. Nearly a constitutional crisis has come, The way CMs are changing and has led to instability in Uttarakhand. WHO IS PUSHKAR SINGH DHAMI? Dhami is an Indian politician and member of Uttarakhand legislative assembly from khatima constituency from udham singh nagar district. ACHIEVEMENTS OF PUSHKAR DHAMI  :  Dhami has served as President of bjp youth wing BYJM and is quite popular among youths. He also worked in AKHIL BHARATIYA VIDYARTHI PARISHAD Today, early morning BJP held a meeting and decided to replace Tirath singh rawat with Pushkar singh dhami and led to stability in Uttarakhand. Though election has almost approached the uttarakhand and expected to be in first half of 2022.

DETENTION CENTRES/CAMPS  is a Jail/prism or a facility in which inmates are forcibly confined and denied the variety to freedoms under the authority of states as a form of punishment after being convicted of crimes
(definition according to Wikipedia).

It was something which is for criminals like it said that  inmates are there for their punishment after being convicted.


obviously I will try to interconnect with NRC 
personally I don't think in case of NRC2019 it's appropriate decision to put people in detention centres on the basis of illegal citizenship.

 #detainee :  the term used by government and their armed forces to refer to individuals held in custody.

 according to NRC :  putting people in detention centres is violation of article 9 of United declaration of Human rights  ; which says no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest , detention or exile.

First of these detention centre scheme and came up in 2008- 09
Now assam currently has six detention camps all have been set up inside jails in goalpara ,  kokrajhar , terpur ,  jorhat , dibrugarh and silchar district of Assam .



According  to India Today : construction of biggest detention centre at matia in Assam's goalpara district is in process .

according to the telegraph : BJP government in Assam building detention centre at a cost of 46.5 1 crore the capacity to hold 3000 inmates.
#personal opinion 👆👆:  and this high time when
1.GDP of India is approximately 7.2 % people are below the poverty line .

2.women aren't safe enough

3.education system in getting worst

4. lack of facilities to common people


5. Unemployment

 But government  is tried something illogical  and fully rubbish ,  nothing to do with development of India.

Question :  Are detention centres related with NRC ?
 answer  : yes !!!  According to chronology of home minister Amit Shah detention centres are connected with NRC and CAA .

If document not found person would be declared illegal inmate  and would be sent to detention camps .

Now everything is fine but the problem with this act is people don't have documents now  if we  think logically ...

 1.recently there was flood in Bihar on 30th September 2019 stuffs  of people as well as houses washed away in flood.


2.children who are  orphan and living in orphanage are  supposed to show the documents.



3.poors not having appropriate houses  to live ,  hence living on  footpath supposed to show documents otherwise they would be considered as illegal.
 in case if I missed someone who isn't able to exhibit the documents to be a citizen of India .

Recently in the speech of respected pm mr Narendra Modi ...he denied as "there isn't any detention centre in india

 almost every 200 people are dying inside the detention camp...no better facility available for people



#opinion :
  People are suggesting that  according to this act  people would  get citizenship of India and further would  live better life 

But take a break and think people of India aren't able  to prove the citizenship itself and hence had to leave the country would be none  another than  but a  traumatic condition

why in news ? Akhil gogoi, Indian peasant leader and RTI activist from Assam is out of jail now. National investigation agency (NIA) clears all the allegations on gogoi this noon on july 1. Story till now : Son of Baluram gogoi, Akhil gogoi  of  Raijor Dal, Gana Mukti Sangram Asom party finally got discharged by NIA after 2 years. He was accused in the case of Citizenship amendment act(CAA) passed by rajya sabha on december 11, 2019.  This was one of his second cases in which he got arrested on december 12 and charged with unlawful activities (prevention) act(UAPA). According to this act, His intention was to threaten the unity, security and sovereignty of India and allegedly inciting violence in the name of Anti CAA protest. Few days ago, Gogoi was granted 2-day parole by NIA court to meet his son and mother.

Gujarat launched second round of vaccination

 Gujarat launched second round of vaccination on sunday (31 jan,2020). This round of vaccination only included frontline workers like: police, district and municipal officials, employees of revenue and civic administration. According to state government, around 54,825 frontline workers were inoculated at 722 vaccination centres across the state. In total 3,00,755(3 lakh, 7 thousand and 55 people) have received the vaccine shots since the vaccination drive has started in January. After taking the shot of vaccine, a Police commissioner said : "I am feeling absolutely fine after getting vaccinated...policemen are highly exposed , so they needed to be vaccinated. This vaccine will protect them from the spreading infection. He also appealed to all the frontline workers to come forward and get vaccinated.
