Detention camps DETENTION CENTRES / CAMPS  is a Jail/prism or a facility in which inmates are forcibly confined and denied the variety to freedoms under the authority of states as a form of punishment after being convicted of crimes (definition according to Wikipedia). It was something which is for criminals like it said that  inmates are there for their punishment after being convicted. obviously I will try to interconnect with NRC  personally I don't think in case of NRC2019 it's appropriate decision to put people in detention centres on the basis of illegal citizenship.  #detainee :    the term used by government and their armed forces to refer to individuals held in custody.   according to NRC :   putting people in detention centres is violation of article 9 of United declaration of Human rights  ; which says no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest , detention or exile.
